Sneak peek at the work that goes into cutting herbs into loose leaf tea size for small herb growers. Apple mint is being cut on my hardwire garbling container. I have a video posted on #annaleeherbs' Facebook page if you want to see garbling in action. Then the herbs are vacuum sealed so they retain their aroma. Any aromatic herb that is cut and sits without being vacuum sealed will lose a lot of its taste. Most larger herb growers don't vacuum seal except @barefootbotanicals. I found out the hard way when I sourced since I ran out of my herbs. Quality and taste is my biggest concern. Always ask before you buy your herbs how they preserve them. It will make a difference in taste and the medicine you make.
