Every morning I get up & write for a couple of minutes. It’s been such a huge blessing for me to be able to express myself & to physically be able to write again. I sit at my desk, choose my healing oils for the day, light my candle, honour and give thanks to the earth. Today I burned Rosemary to help me heal, cleanse, purify & raise my vibration. It’s daffy season, the end of it anyway! So I thought I’d make some daffodil flower essence since daffodils are among the poisonous plants. Daffodils contain lycorine, which is dangerous to animals and can cause nausea, abdominal pain and vomiting in humans. As a flower essence they are safe to take. Daffodils are the first signs of new life in spring. They illuminate the darkness. They help to bring clarity and shed new light. Daffodils help us find our inner voice and learn how to use it, and they facilitate self-reflection.
