if there is one thing about me it is that if there is a singular opportunity for me to have a permababy I have taken it. If I can find a single in-lore excuse for a little tiny guy, that guy exists and is so, so small.

And these are just the ones mixed into my other lore, these are just the miscellaneous little guys. my Orca/y/y project was purposefully started for the sake of more little guys to hold and cherish.

the ability to put accents on a permababy was flight rising granting my wishes specifically, because if there is one thing about me it is that I crave the opportunity to make a plucky kid sidekick in my lore WHENEVER it surfaces.
