I was a bit confused by this one, so I decided to just do both of my ideas.
So, if reader told idol he wasn’t pretty anymore (or handsome, whatever you wanted to call him), then he would certainly be upset. He’d probably obsess over his appearance for a few hours and then find an anti-aging, anti-wrinkle beautifying routine, and then he’d give you the cold shoulder for insulting his appearance. Whereas if you said you weren’t beautiful anymore, then he would try to encourage you and comfort you, he would say that you’re gorgeous (handsome even), and would even say beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that nonsense.

And genuinely scared because as long as they lived with people around them, they freeze and die
With Yuuji, Uraume already sensed his power could be on par with Sukuna, [which could be seen as blasphemy given how they idolized Sukuna]. So in the end Sukuna taking a different path with them, it definitely opens up possibilities that they would get along.
[Point to note there was a time Hakari joined due to the fire inside Yuuji and him saying they won because luck was on their side is such a good perspective to look at].
