A while ago we went to 10- St. Augustine to discuss stress and emotion. All of them were so cooperative. Rizelle and I help them to discover and identify what makes them stress. Some of their answers are “family problems”, “exams”, “school works”, and “projects”. This experience helped me to be more confidence and be a good speaker so, other people will easily understand your message. It’s a good experience for me because I’m able to share to my fellow schoolmates what I know. “Don’t let stress handle you, handle stress instead”(Siena, 2016)
