i can't get over chapter 50 no matter what man. mikasa literally leaned in for a fucking kiss, we only got close ups of this moment but imagine how beautiful this scene must have looked like from afar. like their faces and bodys were sooo close

chapter 50 honestly can step on me a hundred times over and i’d say thank you, even the animation. the chapter was so perfectly illustrated that close up was everything, though we didn’t get the lean in from afar we got their exchange from that view point, not too far but:

then got to see mikasa’s smile from eren’s perspective

and then we got the very scene you’re talking about anonie, all from eren’s eyes, well particularly the lean in

i wish we got a far shot of this too, imagine it animated— i would be dead and repeating the scene a thousand times over. this is a whole chapter 50 appreciation post and literally i could read this chapter again and again and not get over the little details, chapter 50’s did that.
