Since I was struggling with how I wanted to stylize some of them I decided to make somewhat a ref for everyone so I've got at least a little more of an idea (and ofc these are unofficial except for my own character)
Kira (red hair) belongs to ARaccoonNamedPeacock and Yukio (blue hair) belongs to N8-0
Oh! and today's the group's anniversary.

lines in the bg are for height and height w/ shoes- although Toni/Antón has a third because their legs are different lengths & it would also depend on if we're fixing that discrepency with different height shoes or not (so the first line is no shoes/regular shoes and the second is different height shoes to fix that)
So. I don't actually have info on everyone's heights but here's what I do know:
- I've always seen Toni as being shorter than the others. I didn't know their actual height, just that they were at least a little shorter. Blame the scoliosis (not really)
- Kira is a model. Models tend to be tall. If I compare her proportions to that of other characters of Peacock's then she does also look like she's one of the taller ones there (though it is a little hard to tell since nobody's actually drawn together, and Kira's specifically is ~a year older than the ones I was comparing to). Anyway I think she's been stated as being 5'9"/175cm but I can't remember where I read that.
- Yukio also looks tall, and his owner has drawn Yukio as the tallest of the group a few times, so that basically confirms it?
So I decided for this to put them at (left to right) 5'9"/175cm, 5'5.5"/166cm, and 6'0"/183cm w/out their shoes
But like idk and I use different proportions in different things, so subject to change and all. And their heads are kinda big here in comparison to what I've been trying to do with height charts lately and since I do measurements beforehand it makes their height differences look less stark than they are when they've got larger heads''
There's a few solutions to that I'm thinking of but some of them would require changing my process from what it currently is
Anyway the heights added by shoes (by character left to right) are about:
1.5 inches (3.8cm)
1/2 inch (1.3cm) and 1 inch (2.5cm) from that
2 inches (5cm)
I was also redoing how I do their colours again. I'll talk about it more indepth for each character in their own sections but I've mentioned how Antón's design I had to make to kinda match the two others so they all look harmonious. And when I drew them all together the first time, there were some minor adjustments to the other two also, to make them fit together a teensy bit more without either losing their core design and so here I did a bit more of that.
Since I don't use pure white, I draw them all with a matching off-white to also tie them together

Antón is making a lil comeback in the new thing I painted today, hell yeah.
I just got some acrylic paints and I need to practice a lot since I haven't used them in awhile in preparation for my AP art class this year oof. Anyway I haven't drawn my boy in awhile now so please enjoy my beautiful son.

Kira (left) is designed by ARaccoonNamedPeacock
Yukio (right) is designed by N8-0

My part of an idol trio with ARaccoonNamedPeacock and N8-0. The red-haired character is Kira and the blue haired one is Yukio.
I uh. really read peacock's description that read "pop group" and "girls preferred" and went "counterpoint! goth enby," huh?
okok I'm joking-- they weren't requirements, and I did consider both people's designs and the rest of the description when doing my own and doing research.
So this character doesn't have a name, I haven't actually picked a gender either, but they're a panda dwarf cichlid - since I decided to go for a yellow character to fit with the others and that fish is yellow but also sometimes has red and blue which fit with the other colours.
It's not super obvious with the outfit but I did try to give this character scoliosis and the darker brown on their cheeks is melasma.
There's obviously alt influences in this character, but I was also looking at Ouji Kei specifically. I used this person's wardrobe for a lot of the reference
The colours of the top left one were my second pass I think? the first I don't have anymore but it doesn't matter they were very obviously not meant to be a final
The ones on the middle and top right are my third which I just edited today. brought some more focus on the yellow and attempted to bring the colours from the other characters into it but eh. The red is from Kira but all of Yukio's blues were too bright
The top right I simplified the design a tiny bit, since I wanted to do "maybe a little overdesigned" with mine: but also for ease of drawing and the fact that they're with two other characters they need a simpler version
I also was attempting peacock's style with that one because when designing this one I wanted it to still be different from my other characters and be interesting for myself, but also make sure that it kinda fit her style without changing too much? N8-0 will have to figure it out himself if he wants to draw them though, sorry lol
The bottom one I drew the three together for one last seeing if they fit together and making adjustments to my colours, as well as simplifying the design further/differently
I do like the extra colours but I felt like mine stood out a lot and in the middle of figuring out how simplified I wanted it I realized that the fact that this one's "the yellow one" wasn't as clear so I ended up just making them mostly yellow.
It's fine anyway, Kira was the first character here so she can look more of a main character.
I kept that little bit of red from kira though and ended up being able to take one of Yukio's blues for the eye there
I might change the skintone back to being a little redder and differentiate the yellows more again though, I think that's a little weird but I don't wanna look at this anymore. They've got multiple options now

I figured I need to practice side views and it'd help if I had reference for some of these guys (or just seeing how my designs look against one another) so I drew 21 characters & myself
I feel like some of them you can kinda tell I didn't know what to do with them? But tbh there's something with most of them that I actually wasn't sure what to do about, so I think I hid that well enough...

Anyway anyway I've got other info about them too. I've talked a bit about their personality to someone but I've neither really talked about it in the descriptions to my art + I've got more things to say.
So I actually lied about them having a name. Because! They actually have two, fuckers. This is Antón, or Toni (depending.)
At work, it's Antón. Their gimmick is being a prince with a bit of a flair for the dramatic and being a little showy. They're also a gossip, but that one's not performance.
Outside work, our little actor Toni is pretty different. They've got little standards, is very crass, annoyed easily, and no longer has the energy to deal with people. And the mole isn't even real!
They never break character in front of fans while at work, but if it's just them with their coworkers they're much more mischevious and are fine with letting the "mask" slip more or playing a slightly different role. I think Kira and Yukio take a little bit to realize that they're acting, but at this point can usually tell when either of the two are being messed with.
Toni uses exclusively they/them, but as Antón both he and they are fine. I'm thinking kind of like how drag artists whose gender does not match the genders they're performing will often use different pronouns during
I don't yet know what Toni wears outside work but I'm imagining a comic where Toni invites their bandmates to get together outside their job for the first time and says that it's just gonna be casual so you don't have to wear anything fancy
Yukio shows up first and early, wearing something different but wearing something that's either just as extravagant or a little toned down but clearly still not what people would consider "casual wear" and Toni, having arrived around on time, remarks that of course that's what Yukio would do
Kira shows up late and apologetic about it, wearing something that's a billion times more extra and showy than both what she wears as an idol/model and everything that the others own. Upon Toni's shock and reminder that this was supposed to be casual, Kira asserts that is her casual outfit!
