I've heard that a vaginectomy is done by cauterising the vagina and then sewing it up. Wouldn't this be traumatic to the g spot in some way? Halp me with anatomy.
that’s the most common way of doing it, yes (it’s got the least rate of complications). CW for medical anatomy terms for clarification.
The G spot is actually not on/in the vagina, you just get there through the vagina (the same way that you stimulate the prostate through the anus).
If you aren’t aware, the clitoris is a very large organ, basically the same size of a penis, but most of it is inside your body. The penis divides into three parts ( one on either side of the urethra and one surrounding it, covered by skin) while the clitoris divides into two (which Y off around the urethra). What the G spot is, is the split of the internal bulbs of the clitoris (see diagrams here). You’re basically rubbing the back of your clitoris. When the vagina is closed, it doesn’t impact the internal structure of the clitoris at all, and you can still access it through the anus, if you choose to.
