1975: what is the first happy memory that comes to mind, recent or otherwise?

yesterday was such a beautiful day, and the day before that. i just feel so very loved and supported and peaceful right now, i never want it to end. so that feeling is my memory. :)

overalls: what would you do with one billion dollars?

well first, i’d go on a trip around the world. and then i’d start a project that could help the youth everywhere to express their voices and feel understood. i just have a strong need to give back the understanding and love that i’ve gotten so yeah, that would be my life’s work if i had one billion dollars. i’d do something good with them.

📖 = tell a story

hmmm okay. this is the story of how my class set three dishcloths on fire in one day. so i have a (mandatory) home ec class in school and one of the things we learn in cooking. we were boiling water, and had a few ovens turned on. we started to smell something burning (not surprising lmao) so we checked the food but didn’t find anything until we went to the last kitchen set thing. we have those gas top stoves, and somehow, a dishcloth fell into that. the second one we put under a hot pan, that was apparently really hot, and that starting smoking. the third cloth was smaller and somehow got stuck on the bottom of a pot and put on the stove. there were flames after that, and a fire alarm, and sprinklers. aka we’re a gd mess with a really lazy teacher.
