Antediluvian - The Divine Punishment (2021) - How the Watchers Granted the Humans Sex Magick in the Primordial Aeon
Dear vtm fandom ; I do have a question because lore wise, my knowledge is not that deep and I was being curious.
If I was a vampire and if I’d drink the blood of an antediluvian, would it turn me into a antediluvian too somehow ?
Oh and could a vampire be sired by an antediluvian ? [Don’t come for my ass, I’m just being curious]
A while back I shared a draft of a Sword and Sorcery story I had been working on. The original conceit of that story was that it was meant to be set in the Young Earth creationist antediluvian period of Genesis, (inspiring the name of this blog) with legendary figures such as Noah, Enoch and Cain being a part of the lore. Eventually, due to the constraints of the existing lore, (the lack of ancient relics, longevity of humanity, and short span of history is surprisingly hard to work around) as well as wanting to create a setting from scratch, I abandoned the concept.
I have been diligently working on my story, it’s lore and worldbuilding since then, and am becoming happier and happier with my progress and my decision to leave Genesis behind.
So imagine my utter shock and glee to find out that this magnificent SOB has been running with the pre-flood Genesis setting and has been knocking it out of the fucking park! His interpretation of the antediluvian setting is radically different from the world I had envisioned, but is incredibly creative and vibrant. His work is inspiring me to embrace stranger ideas in my own work as well as just being fascinating to behold.
His project: Dead Gods, is incredible to behold especially being able to listen to his entire creative process behind his decisions. I hope you all enjoy watching these videos as I have. He is still hard at work and his last update was only 11 hours ago.
