Bob’s Burgers (Season 1): Weekend at Mort’s (Episode 11):

“ The family has to stay next door at Mort the Mortician's house since the restaurant is infested with mold. Bob and Linda double date with Mort and his mysterious Internet-girlfriend; while Tina entertains her siblings in the crematorium (IMDb Description). “

Time for some dark humor. This episode has a bigger focus on a character outside the family: Mort himself. He’s one of the family friends and he’s going to appear in a good amount of episodes. In this episode, Bob and Linda work on their relationship, while the kids works on getting the spooks. This is one of the more darker episodes of the series, and I am a fan.

Bob’s Burgers (Season 1): Human Flesh (Episode 1):

Oh look, I am doing an episode review. If you’ve been following this blog for a while, then you probably have noticed that I’ve reviewed seasons of tv shows, before. I have reviewed 6 seasons of Bob’s Burgers, but now it’s time to do things in a different way. I need an insentive to watch tv shows. I am a fan of tv series, but I’m too lazy to watch them, sometimes. So I’ve decided to start to review every episode of a tv show. Let’s hope this will be a good insentive for me. I’ve decided to start with Bob’s Burgers because I’m a big fan of the show, and it’s the show where I’ve seen the most seasons.

This is such a solid first episode. It may follow the formula of many episodes, but it takes risks. It gives you an interesting setting that will lead to some hilarious jokes and some good dramatic moments. This episode may be about the family, but it’s mostly about Bob himself. He’s the character that learns the most in this one. Anyways, a really good episode overall.

“Time to talk about one of the least episodes of the whole show. I don’t know why but I just don’t find this episode funny at all...I’m not a fan of the Capoeira teacher and the jokes are so bland. I don’t know but I didn’t felt this episode at all.”
