I AM TIRED OF RAVEN, ECHOKE, AND STUPID CLOWNKRU- I MEAN SPACEKRU!!! (anti clownkru post) We love and respect Clarke in this house.... [DRAFT]
Okay this is going to be really long but I want to get all the feelings out so here I go. In this post I will be talking about everyone in clownkru: Raven, Echo, Murphy, Emori, Monty, Harper, and Bellamy. Although I love the last three and Emori doesn’t annoy me because she barely does anything, I will still be talking about all the times they’ve done my bby Clarke wrong. Honestly I don’t even have that big of a problem with Murphy either. It’s just Echo and Raven, the SiStErS, that irk me and make my blood boil. I will go from the least annoying to the most annoying so enjoy! :)
Monty and Harper- Honestly I can’t really think of anything they have done to go against Clarke, honestly they are probably the only ones who actually held none of her impossible choices against her. I know Monty wasn’t fond of her when she was making the list, which she never wanted to make and Raven pushed her to but I won’t get into that, and when Clarke and Bellamy wanted to kill Cooper but he said it in a way that was him being in disbelief of her actions and telling her that this isn’t who she is. Overall, they’re really good friends and they told Bellamy and Clarke to take care of Jordan for them. Monty saying that he took a page out of Clarke’s book of raising a child.. I’m soft, I love them.
Emori- I don’t really mind Emori, she is never directly rude towards Clarke and when Murphy was helping Josephine she did the right thing and told Bellamy. I just think she holds the fact that Clarke held Emori and Murphy tied up when Clarke was going to inject Emori to see if the serum worked is held against her, but I’m not sure. Anyways, here’s underrated times Clarke saved Emori: When she talked Emori down from killing the guy who attacked her at the house, when Clarke injected herself with the serum instead of trying it on Emori, and when she took off her helmet with untested nightblood so Emori could wear it. Also it’s so underrated that Emori goes “Can’t we give her more time?” during 5x13. Anyways I really like Emori :))
Bellamy- LISTEN I LOVE BELLAMY WITH MY WHOLE HEART, SO NO HATE. That being said, he has done Clarke wrong a good amount of times. I know they forgave each other for everything but the thing that still doesn’t sit right with me is the whole Madi situation.
The way I started writing this before Bellamy died or anything and now I don’t feel like finishing it lmao, I’ve moved on from this show but I didn’t want to just leave this draft unposted. I think it’s a good thing that i didn’t get to Echo and Raven because then this post would be super long, even longer than it already is.
Ok not to be bitter on main but this has been bothering me sine last night. All the people praising Mu/rphy for protecting Madi from the commander responsibilities and are calling him “best dad” and “favorite uncle” seem to be suffering from some kind of memory loss if they don’t remember that he:
Was all in favor of chipping Madi during season 5, which is the reason she was put into that situation in the first place, and he was oh so offended with Clarke for not being willing to put her 12 year old daughter’s safety on the line to protect his and his friends’ grown asses.
Was willing to sacrifice Madi during season 6 when she was literally being POSSESSED by the dark spirit on the chip, which again Clarke was very reasonably against putting on her (see point above), yet he didn’t care.
And also didn’t seem all that moved to help Madi when she was clearly distressed by the fact that she was, y’know... being possessed, but also tortured by Russell because he wasted to drain her off her bone marrow, yet Mur/phy was very much unwilling to lift a finger if it meant he could get his immortality deal with the Primes for him and his girlfriend and never have to face the consequences of his shitty actions.
Like I’m sorry, but this guy doesn’t have Madi’s best interests at heart, never has. If he did he wouldn’t have been so willing to kill Clarke and make Madi and orphan; which given that he was orphaned at a young age, should be more sympathetic about. He shouldn’t have been so willing to turn her into a child soldier, the very thing he was turn into years ago and that left him traumatized.
The only way I would be willing to hop into this Mur/phy as Madi’s protector plot is if he’s shown putting on the work and actually puts his life on the line to protect Madi (lets not pretend Indra would actually harm him lol). Because as of right now I would rather entrust Madi’s safety to people who are actually shown to care about her, like Gaia or even Jackson, but not Mur/phy yikes.
Does anybody want to explain why a majority of the 100 fans want Raven to fall in love with the man who shot her and ultimately left her disabled like??? Forgiveness and friendship, okay cool but...
I have no idea. Raven gets shipped with a lot of people and there are many toxic ships on the 100 and for some reason m*rven is a popular one. It’s like that the shippers are murphy stans and love him more than they love raven so they can overlook her trauma and lifelong pain or they could just be using her as a self insert. I liked their friendship dynamic (before I stopped liking him in s6) and I’m fine with raven forgiving him, although it feels ooc sometimes when you consider the fact that she never fully forgave Clarke killing Finn but she forgave murphy and doesn’t bring up her pain and his actions when they argue like she does with Clarke (but it’s Jason and he won’t make it make sense), but I wouldn’t be okay with them ever being in a relationship just like I’m not ok with B/cho because of the trauma she caused Bellamy. Though, People will ship what I guess.
Josephine: Clarke stayed behind to save you all, which was fairly awesome tbh
Murphy: She was usually such a bitch tho
Josephine: We all did terrible things to sur-
Raven: I NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG IN MY ENTIRE LIFE
Josephine in 6x07: You really want to go back to that, Clarke? Yiiiikes.
Will anyone explain to me why this fandom loves John Murphy so much????
Like he is snarky and funny but so many people have started saying he is better than clarke or bellamy and just no??
Yeah, he has killed less, that much is true. But are we gonna ignore his motivations for killing those people?? Bellarke have made the choice to kill when there's no other option and when that would save their people, always putting other above themselves.
Murphy on the other hand kills to preserve himself and a lot of times just for vengeance. He is selfish and cruel and as much as I find him entertaining and interesting, you can't fucking claim he is a good guy. Just no.
i was talking to my bro about how murphy is casually the ted bundy of the 100.
he murders people. a LOT of people. and not in the way bellamy or clarke do (where it’s typically a military tactic or political maneuver done as a last-ditch effort and incredibly impersonal), he does it with his own two hands, looking those people in the eye, and feels no remorse. he only cares about his own life and his own self interests. he will do anything and betray anyone if it serves his goals. he is only an “ally” if it benefits him in the moment, or if there is no danger around threatening him. but he’s super charming and quirky and funny and a lil handsome so everyone just forgives him.
murphy: strangles a bunch of the 100 kids in season 1
murphy: tries to murder a 12 year old
murphy: tries to murder bellamy
murphy: paralyzes raven's leg for life
murphy: tries to murder clarke
everyone around him: it’s just murphy being murphy! haha what a quirky guy!!
From now on I'll make a daily post shitting on Mur/phy so here we go:
Him confronting Bellamy on this episode as if he had the moral high ground was. Uzkjczjfj. DUDE you didn't choose to follow Josephine to "save your people" or "to avoid war" you selfish asshole. If he EVER says "it's what Clarke would have wanted/done" again to justify betraying his friends A G A I N, I'm gonna break the 4th wall and murder him myself!
You did it the moment she offered YOU and YOU ONLY immortality. And next ep the dude acts as if he had everyone's best interest at heart, and as if he was taking a page from none other than MONTY GREEN who will ALWAYS be a thousand times better person than he is??
So yeah don't have him be like "uwu and we destroy another planet??" shut the fuck up. The only reason he's pretending to be "wise" is because the Primes surviving would serve HIM on the long run. Nothing else. No loyalty. No wisdom. No "for the greater good". Just all for his ass.
