It's time for a double negative with an Anti-Scourge or Anti-Anti-Sonic! Any thoughts on possible names?

the reason I think daiya will replace scourge in the JK crew is because she fulfills a similar perspective? by which I mean countering kai’s demeanor and approach to things.

daiya isn’t ‘bad’ and she’s certainly not evil or dark, and she wants to protect the republic and has so much love and faith in people as a whole, but she’s also very narrow-minded and stubborn, and she struggles a little with how far she’s willing to go to stop vitiate - especially after being part of the jedi strike team that took on the emperor’s fortress - and butts heads with kai on the whole pressing “we need to finish what we started and end him right now” matter. so she fits into that sort of role - an oppositional view and personality to kai - without being a literal sith whose presence on the ship would be a constant reminder of kai’s trauma that he would have to continuously relive on a daily basis just looking at him, let alone that kai doesn’t deserve to have threats of being corrupted for amusement or his future child being kidnapped to be trained as sith thrown in his face.

and even up to current game storyline, scourge still isn’t necessary to the plot - daiya was a member of the jedi strike team and has also been under vitiate’s influence, so like. she even fits into that role of seeking vitiate’s true body and investigating that whole mind-controlling spore situation with kira or whatever.

Dark Droids is shaping up to be one of, if not the worst and dumbest storyline for Marvel's current Star Wars comics. Scourge and Ajax Sigma (and his cult) are just terrible concepts.

If Mephiles or Scourge do somehow live up to the hype the fandom gave them, would they still be annoying? XP
