Back to the "Gamers need to be more comfortable not owning their games" BS again for a second

No, I genuinely do not believe that anybody should be "comfortable" with the idea of not owning something they bought.

If you buy something, you should own it, and the company that sold it to you should not be able to take it away on a whim. The idea that you don't own your purchases is one that you should never be comfortable with.

Imagine if you bought a movie on DVD, and then later on, the person who sold it to you breaks into your house and takes it back. Would you be comfortable with that? Didn't think so.

Anyway, it's been said by so many people, and I said it in my original post about this, but it bears repeating; if buying something isn't owning it, then pirating it isn't stealing.

Adobe is ridiculous

Just seen some thoughts I have on the absolute ridiculousness that is Adobe’s entire existence. I know Adobe , like every other company set on the ai koolaid, are trying to force people to use their money sink ai. But getting rid of animate is beyond stupid. 

I’m not surprised, im just disgusted. They wormed their way into a lot of creative industries , made a lot of professionals see them as the standard, many animation studios have Adobe products in their workflow and it takes time and effort to relearn a program that doesn’t do all the things Adobe does, even if Adobe’s programs are poorly made and crash every other click. Studios and independent animators will morn, rage, whatever they need to do. But they will also be looking for alternatives after Adobe kills yet another version of flash. 

Funny thing is , a lot of folks only got the Adobe subscription ONLY FOR ANIMATE. Getting rid of that means folks will see no reason to even continue an Adobe subscription. 

I hate Adobe so much. An every company like it.

Last week the official YouTube app for Windows Phone received a major overhaul. Version 3.0 of the app brought some awesome Windows Phone 8 features like the ability to play under Lockscreen, download videos for offline play, pinnable channels and more. It went from web-wrapper to awesome with the recent update. Google now wants the app removed from the Store for violating YouTube’s API and Terms of Service.
