Wellcome to my blog!
A bit about myself ➩
My favorite colours are yellow and pink🩷 💛
I love cats and bumble bees!!
I love drawing and painting 🎨
I like hello Kitty, creepypasta, fnaf, horror films and art
I will mainly post fanart ( I know I'm a looser)
A bit about my blog!
I will post and repost things such as art, photography, cats and a bunch of random stuff that I think looks cool!!
I will not be posting anything that white washes or black washes a character, however if a character is blue originally I don't personally think it matters what colour you choose there skin to be🫶
I won't post any art that acts as a hate crime towards people, and i will not except racism, homophobia or general hatred on my page as it is a safe space for all good people!!!
🩷I hope you all enjoy and like my blog🩷
Whole reason I did A Ventpost™ is that I've been looking for a place to rent with a friend and I just visited an apartment with full on maid's quarters, the kitchen separated the apartment into two, to the left the "real people" stuff, living space, bedrooms and bathrooms, to the right, the laundry room, annexed to it are a miniscule room barely the size of a queen sized bed, and a bathroom with GLASS ON THE DOOR SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT YOUR SLAVE, sorry, I mean your maid, is doing in there
The washing machine, the water heater, all practically glued to the door of your subhuman servant's almost-but-not-quite personal space so the noise doesn't bother your family members, and just so you don't EVER have to see her when you don't absolutely need to, the kitchen has a separate door to the outside! You know, just in case looking at black people makes you too anxious...
And now this could maybe be a different post, but it can't really, my mother once told me that while on vacation in Salvador we visited an old Colonial customs house, I was too young to remember much, but she says she felt a deep sense of unease, and that when the tour guide told the group we where currently in the basement where slaves where temporarily held when arriving from overseas she almost broke down crying
Mom considers that a spiritual experience, like she felt the presence of those who suffered and died in there, I never believed in ghosts for real, didn't back when this happened and still don't, but in that miniscule room I felt it, this heavy weight on my heart.
my dear bastard mother doesn't even believe we are black, she was raised by white people, fascists in the most literal sense, but that is what we feel in these situations, we know what these places represent, we are not feeling ghosts, we feel the chains.
I am definitely also implicating myself when I say that heathens, especially American heathens, need to be more active in opposing racism within the heathen community. Our symbols and gods are being used as signs of hate and if we want to avoid losing the entire practice to hate groups, we need to not just say we’re anti-racist but also demonstrate it.
with everything that's happening in the UK right now, I'm just glad not to be there. with it being Liverpool, too, it's much too close to home for me.
the way the far-right racists and islamophobes are using "protect the children" as an excuse for their violence and bigotry disgusts me to my core and strips away any "British pride" I may or may not have had. this is what comes of Reform UK and people like Nigel Farage having a platform.
In the name of "protecting the children," these thugs have;
• showed up to the memorial for the three little dead girls with crates of cider and then turned it into a riot
• acid attack on a Muslim woman
• attacked black men in the street
• Torn off a woman's hijab while she carried her baby in her arms
• attacked Asian people on the bus
• beaten up an Asian cab driver
• attacked, rioted near and vandalised mosques across the cities involved
• burnt down a library and attacked the emergency workers
• thrown a missile at a fire engine that was trying to put out the fire
• set a community centre for a low-income neighbourhood on fire
this is what comes from hate. this is what the government wants. dissent among its people, so that the uneducated and unwilling among us can't see the real problem. Them.
please know that my page is and always has been a safe space for anybody that does not wish others harm. people of any race, gender, sexuality, spirituality, or any other defining characteristics, you're safe here. and to anyone affected, whether directly or from afar, I'm so sorry.
