The shot of Bellamy is, based on outfit and location and pose, set just a few seconds after the end of the S6 finale. He’s crying about Octavia disappearing. Save your crocodile tears, Bellafuck. Let’s see some real effort on your part this season to learn your sister’s story and understand her in a way you haven’t before. Learn what it actually means to consider your sister a human being who is your equal, and not your possession.

As we all know, I’m on Team Octavia’s Alive, but even if for some reason she died from what’s the Octavia-injury-scale equivalent of a paper cut and Bellamy is actually mourning: He gave up his rights to his tears the day he exiled her into the forests of Planet Alpha and sent her on the road to Golgotha. If she is dead, I will mourn her because I love her, not because I give a flying fuck about his feelings, because he’s no longer entitled to them.
