I’m a working mom (social worker by trade), working usually 50+ hours, swapping turns caring for the baby with my awesome husband (who also works full time plus) so that we don’t have to use childcare. My blog is a catch-all- about 75% reblogs (trash culture, music, social justice and politics), 25% personal. I’m into radical, gentle parenting that respects the agency and autonomy of my kid. I’m figuring this all out as I go. Queer, anarchist, (newly) vegetarian, mental health stuff, rock n’ roll forever. More of a hippie than I like to admit.

Hi! My name is Tabitha and I’m a 19 year old first time mother of my beautiful boy ❤ He was born via emergency c section on December 7th, 2016 at 25 weeks and 2 days with no known cause, 15 weeks premature! He is currently still in the NICU and it’s expected he will come home around his original due date of March 20th. I am currently exclusively pumping until he is able to breastfeed and then I may still pump periodically. I’m a SAHM who is anti CIO, pro vaccinations, and all about cloth diapers and baby wearing.

My blog consists of mainly personal posts and updates about my new family and I’m all for questions about being a NICU mom, what it means to have a premature baby, wttc after a preemie, etc. I try to be very honest in my experiences and continue to struggle with postpartum ptsd and anxiety and I am comfortable answering questions or giving advice on that as well.

Hey there! My name is Taylor, I’m an INFP, I’m 21 years old and currently 28 weeks pregnant! My husband and I got married this October after being together for 2 years. We’re very excited to be having a baby girl (he wanted a girl, I didn’t care either way!) in March after NTNP/TTC for 10 months. We live in America, I’m something like 5th generation and a European immigrant mutt and he is from Russia so we’ll be raising our children to speak both English and Russian and to know their father’s heritage. I work part time at Subway and he is in the Army but hoping to transfer to and deploy with the Airforce (to get the GI bill for our daughter/future children) and is an electrician for our state military. In addition to those jobs, we recently bought a window cleaning business and operate from April-October. After our baby is born I’ll be a SAHM/WAHM and be taking over running our business from the former owners who have been working for us this past year. We currently live in a 2 bedroom duplex with our roommate, who is my husband’s oldest friend/other third, and the three of us are planning on renting a 3 bedroom house in early March when our lease is up. I’m (so far) what they call a “crunchy mama” I’m planning on baby-wearing, cloth diapering, breastfeeding/letting my babies self-wean, attachment parenting, and slow living. My prenatal care is through a birth center and I’m a huge fan of midwifery and natural and water birth. If this birth goes well I hope to have home births for any other children I have. I practice yoga (not so much now that I’m expecting and exhausted) and plan to attend a local yoga school in the future to get my certification with the YA to teach yoga. I hope to specialize in prenatal yoga and hope I have positive experiences to draw off of and use to inspire other mothers-to-be. I also identify myself as cis gendered and pansexual and I’m a strong supporter of others in the LGBTQ community. I’m open-minded and always give everyone a chance, I believe it takes quite a while to get to know people for who they really are. Thanks if you made it this far! I tend to write a lot.
