Happy Indie Animation Day everybody!!!

To celebrate it with my indie-animated project the Kaleido Crew, I decided to do an art piece with a redesign of Antien Aurocta (once again) mainly because his design doesn't scream his role as the team's engineer through his appearance; while I also introduce you a character that I mentioned before in social media, his little sister Andoni Aurocta.

Although Andoni is not officially the member of the Kaleido Crew, she resides within Antien's bedroom within the Colorful Adventurer--mainly due to his sole responsibility to raise her. While her brother is inventive and smart, she is adventurous and courageous--even determined to join the Kaleido Crew on their adventures even though Antien is extremely overprotective towards her.

I made this art piece of my OCs, Antien Aurocta and Renji Kumanomi, months before I released the pilot for two reasons: one is because I'm extremely unsatisfied with Antien's first "official" character design (art down below) and another is because I made it for fun (as an art school project).

Looking back on it in the year 2026, I redrew these characters to fit their official official designs for my upcoming animated series... and because I find them cute together.
