#antilolicon is the only way, together we defeat HachikujiTsuki...
NO YEAH THAT'S WHY I WAS ASKING!
I think she's 14 in the anime (I did a bunch of reading other peoples thoughts on this and there's an ep where she writes a letter for a 10-14 year old who's GETTING MARRIED TO A 20 YR OLD, and ~apparently~ she relates herself to the childs age, think the kid was ten getting married when she turned 14 I don't know I didn't watch it lol). Think she was 17-18 in the light novels and manga (?)
But yeah I was just watching it and the other blonde character mentioned how she was just a kid so I looked up her age and that lead me to finding there's apparently a romance between her and Gilbert, WHICH EW?
God the ppl excusing it "it's not p****hilia, it's love" HUH
I was genuinely into watching it too! like the idea and art and setting is stunning but like, why would they ruin it like that omggg
Violet's relationship with this Pedobert person was just explained to me and I'm currently dghthhhhrrgbbllllhhh 🤮🤮🤮🤮🚽
GOD, I HATE the "age doesn't matter when it's true love" line!!! It reminds me of Fruits Basket, where pedo 20-something Katsuya tells 14 year old Kyoko it's her fault their relationship is creepy, because she was "born late". And it's clear the mangaka thinks that's peak romance, when it's icky as hell and makes me want to stuff my head down the toilet. Crazily enough, these two characters will be getting their own movie soon! Yay, another sprinkling of weird predatory/grooming content in anime! Did we really need any more? 🥴
(proshippers DNI. neither proshippers nor antishippers are above a DNI)
i hope that cyberbullies (sessrinners) will public exposed in article on toxic behavior if yasahime season 2 was aired
I keep saying someone should write a paper about the SessRin lolicons. They tick so many boxes for cultish behaviour, and I think the process of lolicon normalisation they've enacted within the fandom would be very interesting to look at, too.
As for exposing their batshit behaviour in an article...I'm not sure it would accomplish much. Some of them are such radical lolicon fanatics, they don't care about the consequences of their actions (although to be honest, I'm starting to think some of them aren't even in it for lolicon, they just need an outlet to abuse people. Lolicon/proshipping offers a convenient excuse to attack others and simultaneously pretend they're the ones being oppressed and discriminated against).
If anyone ever does decide to write an article about these lunatics, well...we have receipts. It's been crazy. I've heard people who were in the Voltron fandom say the Yashahime fandom is much, much worse 😬
Wait what’s up on fruits baskets??? I haven’t seen it and was going too should I not?? Is it weird
Is there also something weird with kamisama-kiss. I mentioned I was grossed out by yashahime and someone mentioned it’s a good one?
OH ALSO shit like noragami annoys me soo much. This 15 year old girl falls in love with a god who’s physically in his early 20’s but is a few thousand years old. NORAGAMI IS GORGEOUS the manga is stunning and the themes and messages bring me to tears BUT THE LOVE IS CANON AND PPL LIKE IT they excuse it and I just-
I adore gods/immortals having relationships with humans AS LONG AS HUMAN IS A FULLY GROWN ADULT. It’s really not that hard mannnn.
Ugh. I'm torn on this one, because Fruits Basket is a decent manga/anime overall, but...the author likes age gaps. We have:
The main character's parents, Kyoko and Katsuya. Kyoko was a 14 year old middle schooler when she met Katsuya, a 20-something teacher at her school. They "fell in love" and he married her within a couple of years 🤮 Katsuya is soooooo creepy, I swear. When Kyoko asks him if he's a lolicon he doesn't even bother denying it, just asks where she heard the word??? And at some point he comments that he ought to stop teaching because he's clearly not suited to it, and I think it's supposed to be a playful reference to the fact he fell in love with HIS 14 YEAR OLD STUDENT. Stop teaching and take your ass to jail, Katsuya.
Akito and Shigure/Kureno: Akito is 19-ish, her lovers are 25 and 26. What's creepy here is when the entanglement started.
Shigure has been in love with Akito all his life. There's this creepy scene where 16 year old Shigure kneels before 10 year old Akito and like, gives her a flower or something, and their faces are really close together, like he might kiss her any moment 🤮
As for Kureno...Akito started a sexual relationship with him to stop him from leaving the family. In the scene where she goes running to him, begging him to stay...he looks 19 max, she looks 13 lmao. Kureno himself describes her as a "sobbing little girl" 🥴 I don't even want to know.
Kureno and Arisa: Kureno later falls in love with Arisa, a 16/17year old high school student. She reciprocates and they eventually get together. 🥴
And at one point I really thought the author was going to pair 16 year old Hana with 40-something Kazuma, but that didn't happen, thank goodness.
So to answer your question...if you can overlook these couples, Fruits Basket is worth a read 🥴
I've never heard of Kamisama-kiss or Noragami, but I'll say this: the only way I can be okay with hundred year old immortals/gods/demons getting with teenagers is if they're teenagers themselves by god/demon standards (see Inuyasha, who's "15 in human years", as stated by the author, and falls in love with 15 year old Kagome). If they LOOK like teenagers but are actually creepy 500-year-old old men, ewwww 🤮
any post ive made abt d*d*g up until now is irrelevant That kink is disgusting and please unfollownof that’s something you’re into. The kink itself makes me sick to my stomach.
