Order took 4 days on standard free shipping, but shipped from my own state. I ordered 4 nail lacquers, 1 eyebrow/eyelash brush(not shown), a 10 shade shadow palette, and lip scrub. i paid $38 but the nail lacquers were on promo, the brush was on sale, and i uses the coupon code flashing at the top of the webpage for presidents day.

I captioned both nail lacquer photos and the eyeshadow photo with their names. 

My nails have polish on them at the moment so i painted them on my arm to see what they would look like on me (my skin tone is quite pale, i usually use something around and ivory or light ivory for foundation). i could see myself using the vintage rose to make my nails have a clean natural look for cosplay. the pearly gunmetal did stain my skin at first; it took nail polish remover, soap and water, and then a makeup remover wipe. The lip scrub is the only lip scrub they carry and it smells like vanilla cake frosting/icing. the eye shadows is very light in both their pigment and when i used a brush it was eye shadow dust everywhere. But i haven't had a chance to play with them to much yet. 👾

So was this just made to troll antiphannie for a day or ru going to keep it going?

it wasn’t made to troll anyone but i guess i started it in a moment of frustration lol so it came off kind of harsh? i don’t hate antiphannie, the mods seem p great as people, but a lot of stuff they say really doesn’t fly and they come off as really mean about a lot of things when there’s no need for it. 

i don’t know how active it will be if i’m never getting asks, but i definitely have some more things i’d like to post about when i’ve got a minute so yeah i’m going to keep it going. don’t hesitate to send in stuff!

well honestly i’m glad nessa can be cool with some shippers on a personal level, it’s just sad she can’t extend that to strangers at large as well. but happy i could give y’all some laughs today.

m’intro

okie dokie let’s do this. 

a certain other blog full of actually wonderful people make me sad sometimes. i know their hearts are in the right place (usually. maybe.) but their strange policing of certain thoughts and words is upsetting a lot of the time. not only is a lot of what they preach heteronormative crap whether they want to admit it or not (most likely they don’t even realise it most of the time BUT when it’s been pointed out to them in the past, they clearly don’t WANT to realise it and are basically a lost cause there and just get angry and defensive (lol more than they already are that is)), it’s downright rude and thoughtless to the majority of dan and phil fans who are quite chill and just have different perspectives on the slightly more private aspects of their lives. 

i’ll be very clear here that i’m down with a very healthy respect for privacy: in no way will i ever support stalking or harassing other human beings, especially those that i enjoy very much for their work and personalities etc. (also just because, you know, they’re human just like the rest of us and nobody likes being stalked)

boundaries are important and valid. 

BUT i’m also not going to scream into my cornflakes over other people having opinions (BASED ON WORDS VOLUNTARILY SPOKEN BY DAN AND PHIL THEMSELVES) about d&p’s interests (of any kind cough cough) and/or their potential personal circumstances (cough cough some more).

me personally: i don’t ship dan and phil so much as i realistically think they are an irl couple. i don’t want to out them or ever make them feel forced to comment on that perception, that’s not their problem nor would i ever try to make it be their problem, capisce? but it’s interesting to me to speculate on it, and hear other people’s thoughts and perceptions. 

we’re all living in this crazy world together, we all share niche interests related to youtube and humans are curious machines. i don’t enjoy the thought of just trying to shut that down. so please send me asks with questions or comments or literally whatever your heart desires because i want to hear it. (though if you send me stalker rubbish of any kind or anything i find too questionable, don’t expect it to be acknowledged in any way. to the bin it will go and you will have only wasted your own time my sweet little flowers).

furthermore, about that other blog, it’s so wild to me that people take it upon themselves to draw a line where they feel most comfortable and think it should apply to everybody else. if you don’t want to talk about certain things, then who’s forcing you? but to try to make it out like you’re on some moral high-ground above others (while also being sooooooo heteronormative and rude about it it hurts lmao) because you’ve chosen to ignore giant screaming aspects about dan and phil, then you go for it my dudes. but the internet is probably the wrong place to try to shut down the sharing of information and discussion between supportive enthusiastic peeps, ygm? 

you always say it’s just about “over the line” shipping but every gosh darned thing you say about shippers is equating them to evil stalkers when that’s an unfortunate minority of people. lumping everybody in with the worst parts of any fandom is so pointless and negative, but whatever props you up and keeps your own self-righteousness afloat is cool to you i guess.

so that’s it for now.
