I love how the people who rail the hardest against the validity of the Latin etymology of "transandrophobia" are also the people who consider "lesboy" to be misgendering for binary men, despite the English word "-boy" literally being in the label.

It's like how transphobes pick and choose which gender to perceive you as based on whichever perception will hurt you most, except instead of the gender itself, it's whether or not they acknowledge that you're trans (gender modality.)

Dropping the quirk for this one real fast. A bit tired so it might sound weird at certain points, and i don’t mind elaborating later on, please don’t turn this into an argument.

i did some research, i am still Anti-RQ, that won't change any time soon, the radqueer stance has always been against my beliefs, and morals.

but anti-rq doesn't have to equal anti-transIDs, i do not believe that being transID is the same as truly being the thing you're identifying as, merely wanting/needing to be so

transbigotry of any kind is still not okay, and unless you have a damn good reason, probably will never be,

transharmful/harmed may have some genuine reasons for such so i will not label them as "oooo evil rq" just for existing, transAbled is the same, as i've noticed most of them already have the disability but simply want it to be more acknowledged, if that’s not the case they may have some other reason and i will not immediately judge,

Transrace is full of nuance and honestly a bit confusing, i'm willing to hear both sides out on this one as i haven't come to a conclusion of what my opinion on it is, currently leaning anti, but will try to remain unbiased if someone wanted to talk,

Other than that i believe most TransIDs are completely ok!

Also, transIDs are vague in their descriptions/definitions, whereas Dissomei/Desirdae (absolutely no hate on them i love the queens forever god bless) is much much more restrictive, desirdae less so, but it still frames it as a "want", which i've seen others, and myself, get dysphoric about the wording.

So uh, tldr; i'm anti-rq and comp-transIDs, and still completely pro-Disso/desir terms

Oh also Paraphiles are completely fine, even harmful ones so long as they are anti/no-contact

Long long ass post so (i’m a Proshipper AND ANTI-radqueer. rant ahead)

As a proshipper who has been harmed by "pro-c radqueers" (and questioned joining the community for a while for reasons i will also discuss later on) It is extremely difficult for me to interact with fellow Anti-rqs (blogs or just people) because of the idea that all proshippers are also rq.

I am not here to start discourse, Just to spread the word around that while we may disagree on shipping and fiction, please know that many proshippers do not want any of the true harm that rqs push onto others!! The proship community has been here far far longer than them, we have unfortunately had to deal with becoming their scapegoat over time and i would love for others to recognize that anti-rq proshippers exist, But interacting with the community makes it feel as though one can "only be on [the actual irl danger] side if you're into [fictional characters doing something i do not like] thing" , it makes it very easy for some proshippers to fall into the trap, !!!!Radqueers depend on others’ exclusionism to take advantage and bring others into their community!!!!!

Yes, many Rqs are proshippers, but proshippers are not all inherently rq!!! Kind of like a squares and rectangles situation.
