Time for the Upstairs rooms! We'll start by going up the stairs from the lounge area. This is Nolan's railway room/hallway outside his and Karen's bedroom.
There's a small covered balcony which overlooks the dining room view.
The master bedroom where Nolan and Karen sleep, which has a small walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with the only bath in the house. This includes the dressing room table which also serves as Karen's 'desk' for her criminal dealings, which leads up onto...
…Karen's wardrobe, which also serves as a storeroom of sorts. Nolan always wears the same outfit so he has no wardrobe space. 🤣
You know Nolan has too much money when it becomes his toilet paper! 🤣
Doubling back and across the balcony to the adjacent hallway, this is above the kitchen. This is a small space that I wasn't sure what to do with, so it's just housing a lot of the art that Nolan buys as a sign of his wealth, and Karen's way of smuggling money.
Then we head through this door to....
…Nolan's home laboratory/office/plant greenhouse room. After seeing the amazing arboretum that was in Antisocial Bunny's build of Nolan's main lab for Opal's fate, I felt that he was one to surround himself in plants. No fire breathing plants or Laganaphyllis simnovorii here, thankfully! I was really pleased with how this turned out, especially his little nook where he can overlook his mansion's garden.
I'll probably try recreating some more houses at some point as this was so much fun. It's the first time I've ever tried to recreate a lot without editing the original lot, so this was an interesting experiment as well.
