So what is ‘Germ Theory of Disease’?

People like Pasteur believed some diseases were caused by specific air borne germs or infectious agents like bacteria, viruses and fungi.

And the ‘Terrain Theory’ (Microzymian Theory)?

People like Antoine Bechamp proposed a diseased body, the “terrain”, will attract germs to come as scavengers of the weakened or poorly defended tissue.

In the 80’s doctors went crazy with antibiotics because they ‘believed’ all bacteria was bad. Anti bacterial soap became a hit. Today they reluctantly acknowledge that we are more bacteria than cells and most are essential to our existence as they somehow balance our systems and devour toxins and unfriendly things…

Few final words…

Our bodies produce these things that we call viruses when we are attacked in the lungs and elsewhere by toxins. The presence of exsosomes, aka viruses, are an indication we people are seriously ill. Bats and rats are also suffering, if you think about it…

So, what to do meantime?

Have faith and don’t get caught up in the death show. Drink filtered water with lemon or minerals or sea salt. Eat as much organic foods as possible. Walk out in the sun and hug a tree. Feed your local birds and squirrels — they will put on a show that will put a mile in your heart. Read good inspiring books and comics. Write. Draw. Sculpt. Anything physical is good. And please keep your lap top a foot away from your lap. And best advice I got from someone I greatly admire — Help someone less fortunate than you!
