Spent the day in #Winnipeg taking in the sights. So much to see, not enough time to #visit! This is the Canadian Museum of Human Rights. @cmhr_mcdp #AntoinePredock #reasonstovisitwinnipeg #gottacomeback #coolarchitecture #somuchtosee #winnipegtourism (at Canadian Museum for Human Rights)

Is it a tipi or a mountain? Many who have traveled to the AHC's incredible building have debated which type of Western icon inspired this unique architecture. Antoine Predock's original conceptual sketch of the Centennial Complex building illustrates a structure existing in harmony with the mountainscape of southeastern Wyoming. This ink and pastel composition also shows a light stream of smoke rising from the fireplace in our loggia, quite like the indigenous homes of the plains. So, which is it? Tell us what you think our cone represents. #architectursday #architecture #antoinepredock #laramie #alwaysarchiving #archivesofinstagram (at American Heritage Center)
