Me and the boys collecting CDs. (Shaundi was a part of the boys but she unfortunately departed from the group when I accidentally grabbed her and threw her into the ground, smashing her skull to pieces. She was replaced by Tobias.)
Here he is, the first boss I ever made in Saints Row back when I first started playing in 2020. He's kind of a staple of Saints Row 2 for me, since the two of us have been with each other for about 70 hours and two new game restarts, soon to be three lol.
Lover of hiding out in his bedroom, Daria, Jimmy Eats World, Paramore and Deftones, Antonio is the epitome of a misunderstood 2000's teenager. It didn't help that he was starting to come to terms with his sexuality in a fairly unsafe environment, but hadn't fully figured out he was gay until after waking up from his five year coma.
By SR1 and 2, he hasn't quite grown out of his isolated youth, which is why his found family in the Saints is something he holds close due to them accepting him with somewhat open arms.
Personality
In SR2, he isn't as shy or anxious as he was in SR1, and speaks much more than he used to. Still, he doesn't talk to people much outside of his friends or business.
Antonio doesn't care about the consequences of his actions unless they hurt the ones he holds close. He is incredibly overprotective over his family, with his love for them having no bounds. He is quite selfish, however, and will put himself before others if it's over something he wants. He has a habit of destroying Vicky's friendships by causing a rift between her and her friend if he begins to suspect that the other person isn't worth Vicky's time.
He thinks of himself as a hero, purging the streets of Stilwater, but is ignorant to the fact that he is part of the problem. He continues to fight for what he believes in, which is cleaning the city, and vowed to prevent other young people living in the barrio he used to live from becoming like him.
Antonio wakes up from his five year coma and the first thing on his mind was 'i like men'.
What's Pierce listening to? His own album of course.
I'm thinking of changing up the twins backstory, since their cousin Marty is from the UK, that they might be too. But I don't know. I'll have to think about it.
when I last sent in an ask you said something about Antonio and Vicky being much different than they are now and that got me curious:
are there any other big things about them that changed throughout development?

When I first started playing SR2 in 2020, I went in completely blind and I usually skipped cutscenes because I wanted to get into the gameplay as quickly as possible and I didn't care about the story. So I kinda just ran around doing whatever, shooting up homies and all kinds of crazy stuff. Antonio didn't have much personality outside of the blank sheet that was in the game and I didn't expand him until later.
When I moved to SRTT and SRIV, I actually played SRIV first out of all the games but I disregard that play through since I just made myself and barely got 30% through the game, the shift in the boss' tone was something I didn't like so I decided to make Antonio's cousin, Marty. Marty was kind of just a shallow idiot who did whatever during my blind play-through of SRTT.
Then, when I 100% the game as Marty, I wanted to play as a woman (for the Steam achievement mostly) and wanted to make different choices than I did during my first play-through, also for the Steam achievements. Thus, Vicky was born.
She was made to pick the 'non-canon' options, such as killing Killbane, blowing up the Syndicate tower and whatever other choices you get to make that you aren't really supposed to because SR isn't an RPG and your choices don't matter. As such, I made her be more of an asshole who doesn't listen and just wants blood.
As you can probably see, all three of my bosses have changed a lot from I guess their 'beta' designs, which were kind of just surface level, NPC gangsters. Marty is probably the least fleshed out of the three, but that's cause I don't really care for him that much lol.
Made my Saints twins in the Sims 3. This is what Vicky should look like in SRTT Remastered, not someone's abuela. And Antonio looking fine as always <3
Uh oh they're breaking out of their respective video game franchise-
