Time to plate eat 🇮🇹🐖🥓🧀🥚🍝😋 .. This food experiment is a bit of a tribute to the late and great @cookcarluccio and his recipe for the original style of Carbonara. Whilst I didn’t have Spaghetti in the house, I went with Linguine. I hope he would have approved of my effort 🐖🥓🥚🧀🍝🇮🇹😋 .. It’s also made a lot easier with the help and advice, along with great ingredients @millearainternational and Billy as always. Thanks again.
