*i specify sisters condition because normally she can socialise on her own and will walk 5 minutes down the road for coffee, but always returns after a short time. disappearing without notice and with no contact is not the norm and various mental health issues could potentially cause a dangerous and terrifying problem, even if it is most likely she's just being an idiot teenager and not informing us of stuff well
