My Mildred...... Mildred is one of my favourites (I say that about every chicken 😂) but she is truly adorable! She loves to spend time in the house with the kids and watching what we get up to! Today definitely didn't turn out as planned, but thats just life! I have managed to get my priority list done but that was about all! Oh well I'm not going to beat myself up about it, tomorrow is another day and i can try again tomorrow! Do you ever stress when your day doesn't go to plan? Do you feel like a failure? WELL DON'T! Even if you don't get the priorities done, it doesnt matter! We are all just trying to get through each day the best we can!! #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthblogger #mentalhealthisimportant #anxietyuk #anxietyrecovery #anxietyattacks #anxietysufferer #anxietyfighter #anxietywarrior #anxietystoppedmetoday #anxietywon #mybackyardpoultry #motherhen #ilovemychickens #backgardenchickens #lifeasamotherhen #chickenmum #chickenowner #chickenblogger #chickenlife #chickenuk #happyhens #mildredthechicken (at Bristol, United Kingdom) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFKVFTwlDWw/?igshid=sd0wleknryc3
So today is housework day! I have been playing with my make up today, using an eyeshadow palette gifted to me by the lovely Angelique Halliday and i have to say to add some sparklers your day its the palette to use! I have this annoying anxiety niggly feeling today, I'm not sure what it is and I am trying to keep thinking what is causing me the most worry, once I can identify the problem, I can work on it to solve it. Do you ever that feeling in the pit of your stomach that you know something is bothering you but can't actually work out what it is. I don't want it to last all day, so if i can't get rid of it by staying active and getting on with jobs, i will do some Journalling to see if that helps, along with meditation and affirmations. Our whole existence is built on energy and vibration, and with my anxiety, it amplifies the sensations tenfold. So it's all about understanding and acceptance. Let's see how the day goes! #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthblogger #mentalhealthisimportant #anxietyuk #anxietyrecovery #anxietyattacks #anxietysufferer #anxietyfighter #lookfabulous #makeuphelpsme #whynotlookgood #sparklymakeup #makeupmonday #lifeasamotherhen #chickemmum #wife #mum #workingfromhome @beautybyamotherhen (at Bristol, United Kingdom) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFHR5fUlwjj/?igshid=hpint6cgaefz

Rushing to finish my work...
Having not been attending my sessions at uni recently as I have been dealing with my own Anxiety and Despression issues I was unaware the final piece for the exhibition was to be handed in on the 5th November. The whole time I thought it was in for the 17th so I did have to forget some ideas I had such as creating a piece where my audience can interact and be educated by my work. I then decided to use the shape of the UK and use the colours of Anxiety UK, keeping it simple but inviting for people to come over to the work. I then added some information about the statistics of mental health in the UK and added the Anxiety UK logo. I really like my outcome with will be the next post.
Final Outcome?!
Although I have been having a lot of ideas regarding experiments and what I would like to try out I still have no idea what I am going to do/create for my final outcome. I understand the outcome can literally be anything but I want to create a medium which will interest and educate a lot of people, as well as make awareness for a charity and let people who are suffering know they have a voice. As this is mental health related, we’re looking into the mind - now I’m not suggesting I want to have a massive floating brain or show a collage of mess. I want something that makes a statement, gets to point, not exactly your average NHS leaflet showing all the symptoms of said illness (not saying theres anything wrong with the NHS’ leaflets but I have the chance to create something different with the same information) I want something that can stand out and I have no idea where to start. Research, that is where I need to start....
