so I read this ask before I realised a new taskmaster ep was out and thought maybe they got the wrong user or sth, cause there was nothing relevant to my interests that fits that in ep 5 but of course I immediately realised it's Friday and went to watch the actual latest ep

And I was really watching EAGLE-EYED like what could this ask have meant! Then Phil asked for Alex' watch and my thought process was deadass "Oh what a fun coincidence! just after reblogging that post about Alex' white casio f-91w bc I also noticed it there is attention drawn to it! And yes, S2 made me love Sevinx! Jinx, Sevika, and Isha came so close to being a found family unit and I would have *killed* to see it go in that direction. Arcane seriously dropped the ball in sidelining Sevika on the backend of S2.

Would suggest lowering bluesky on your ranking because of their whole 'political hate group notification' taht you can turn off

so i have seen this and from my understanding hate groups Are 100% banned on bluesky explicitly in their TOS. ppl are confused why the option is there, theres 3 leading theories

it means blocking discussion of hate groups

its put there for when bluesky eventually goes federated and people have access to other servers that use their protocol but the original bluesky team doesnt have moderation over (so for example if gmail had an option to block emails from hate groups. they dont let hate groups make a gmail, but they cant delete the account of a hate group with a yahoo email because they dont own yahoo. obviously they could be like "we will not connect to any instances that dont have a tos banning hate groups" but i dont see this happening)

they have something that "auto-flags" things that might be from hate groups and hide those before they can ban them with actual content moderators

anyways as far as ive seen there hasnt been an answer so this is all speculation so im gonna set reblogs off on this one in case i accidentally spread misinformation on the internet. if anyone knows more let me know

Losing my mind because I have committed to not using the word blood in my fic to add to the buginess of it all only to realize the word blood is used in game to describe lifeBLOOD

sdhfhsdhf you've got a point. I admire your persistence though, anon, since I got exactly one chapter into my own fic before I was like "nah, I'm just calling it blood" (same with lungs, bones, etc. I'm already restricting myself by not describing facial expressions; I did not want to get stuck just because I was too tied to my terminology.)

I have seen a couple of fics where they use "haemo" as a shortening of haemolymph, and I think it works well, if you find that more to your liking!

sort of an off-topic question but do you by any chance know why so many people deactivate on tumblr?

Hi! Okay, so I can never guess why. They can be personal reasons. However, I do believe a major reason is anon hate.

Anon hate is happening everywhere on tumblr. And it’s not only just to fanfics or writers. It’s also to those who support movements such as BLM, Asian Lives Matter, and fan-blogs supporting a celebrity.

Not me getting all emotional, but this is injustice and it’s not fair. Everyone has their opinion, but one thing they must not do is judge someone because of how they write. what they do and support. It’s cyber-bullying. Disgusting and ruthless.

Sorry for getting into a speech, but I had to voice out my opinion.
