I just want to take the chance letting you guys know about how I feel about repost and copyright stuff. I apologize for the long post. Please take time and read it if you are doing more than "reblog" to my fanart.
A Reminder About My Fan Art here:
-If you want to repost my art work to any other website (or tumblr too), PLEASE respect my hard work. At least source it back to where you found them (or credit my name is ok too).
-I don’t care if you take any of my art as a personal practice, tracing, or redraw any other things on it privately. But if you do it in public or claim it as yours, it’s a DISRESPECT for an artist. Any artist would be mad about it. I deleted my old blog due to that reason. AND I WILL DO iT AGAIN IF I FOUND OUT. I’m not saying it because I think I’m good or cocky or anything. It’s a basic respect of copyright.
-Please, if you REALLY like my art works, don’t do that. A simple respect shows your support to an artist, and it’s VERY IMPORTANT.
(Imagining you’re working hard on something for ten years and finally getting it right. But somebody else just take it and trace it, claiming it as their own work. Wouldn’t you be mad?)
