Got some more plants since I’ve been caring for the others so well so far. Unfortunately on the way home, my jade plant tipped over and got smooshed by another plant. I salvaged what I could, probably propagate the leaves that weren’t damaged. But most of them came off. Now I have 17 plants! And they fit nicely on my old bookshelf. I’ll move some of them to different rooms once they are settled in. I had problem with my last couple of sourdoughs, I think my fridge is too cold so wasn’t allowing the dough the proof enough resulting in yummy texture in the bread. So yesterday I decided to let the bread proof at room temperature after a night in the fridge for a few hours. Finally got some nice tasting bread. Added cranberries time. I didn’t open the lid throughout the baking and I actually like the end results more with a thinner crust that is not so hard that scratches your mouth.
