Need to confess my weird gender issues i never talked about to anyone to Suguru. I know he would reassure me and understand me and dry my tears.

TRUST THAT HE WOULD. it’s my utmost belief that suguru is an excellent partner for someone who is genderqueer, partially because i (self-indulgently) like to think he isn’t cis himself, partially because he’s just very non-judgmental. in my mind, anyway. there’s nothing he’d reject you for. especially something that’s part of what makes you you. (he wants to be understood by you, and wants to understand you just as well.) i’ve said it before but i do think suguru fixates on knowing his partner better than anyone else, so you opening up about this is very precious to him!! of course he’d dry your tears. he’s proud of you for telling him. <3

NOT TO MENTION (though this is just food for thought, not something you will necessary resonate with!!!) that in the canon divergent au that exists in my mind where suguru has swallowed up mahito and added him to his swarm of curses, he could fix any issues you had with your body / perform gender-affirming surgery…. he’d be very good with a trans partner imo. he’s good with people who don’t feel like anyone could understand them in general.
