Fear of abandonment is the silent killer of all my joy, like what do you mean you did something and didn’t tell me. i would like to see some scenes in s6 of like, adrenaline junkie clarke, in a way? like she’s realizing that madi doesn’t need All of her attention all the time, and she feels completely left out from spacekru and bunkerkru, so shes alone. and she wants to feel like shes a part of something so in typical clarke fashion she goes and does something life threatening and dangerous to help someone on the new planet.....and i would also love it if maybe echo, raven, and emori were like ‘omg what is she doing shes gonna get herself killed??!!’ and then murphy be like ‘shes being clarke....’ AND THEN suddenly bellamy runs after her into the dangerous situation bc He Cant Let Her Do This Alone and he realizes that He Cant Lose Her Again and echo freaks out bc ‘why would you do that bellamy you could die !?!???’ and then murphy has a line about ‘ahhh back to the good old days and bellamy and clarke mutual self sacrifice for Their People!!’ and echo and emori are like WTF but raven just gives him a knowing smile

sometimes you gotta gently scold a student employee for giving you almost zero notice when requesting that you tweak a letter of recommendation you wrote for another purpose so that it can be sent (BY TOMORROW) somewhere else

I post this for two reasons: 1) if you are an undergraduate, or just a person who may otherwise need letters of recommendation from folks who supervise or teach you, do not do this. and 2) putting on my semi-scolding email voice made me feel old as shit.
