I have a question regarding the violence warning. What is considered violent enough to get that warning?

According to Ao3’s FAQ regarding Archive warnings:

“Graphic Depictions Of Violence:

This is for gory, graphic, explicitly described violence. Exactly where to draw the line is your call.”

AO3 help?!

Has anyone ever deleted a chapter on accident?? 😱 I read in the AO3 FAQ that they send you a copy of your deleted work in an email...but I haven’t received anything yet. Help a girl out.

Calling fanfic Tech Support...

So. Guess who has just activated their AO3 account? Literally, got my welcome email, jumped through all the form hoops, etc and am now staring at a blank djtmusings page. Before I do things the WRONG WAY, any advice on what TO Do or NOT to do in set up and publishing? Stuff YOU recommend I read/look at before I go crashing around in all the wrong directions? Blank slate here folks, your opportunity to mold my AO3 future like putty.

AO3 Deleted Chapter

So I finally got an answer from AO3, so just an FYI:

So if you delete an entire work, you will receive a copy of it (pretty neat), but unfortunately not for individual chapters.

Good thing I already decided to rewrite what I lost! And I learned a valuable lesson.
