Stormclan is a clan known for its resilience, it’s cats having keen abilities in both agility and strength. Although they aren’t known for starting battles, they’re certainly known for finishing them. They’re considered a strong ally of Dewclan, having sheltered them from the fire as it raged through their forest many moons ago.
Mousefoot was born completely hairless, a genetic defect rather than an aspect of their breed. They also were born intersex, maintaining features of both male and female cats as they grew. At first, cats were unsure how to refer to them, but as starclan guided the young cat, the answer became clear; they were a kit, same as the rest. But not a tom-cat, nor a she-cat, and only time would tell if they would have kits of their own. And they were loved. It was a skirmish with a loner that took mousefoot’s eye; once infection set in, and the iris turned white as the moon, the medicine cat knew there was no saving it. Once their skin healed, mousefoot mourned the loss of half their sight.
Doeheart is shadowpaw’s mentor, although ever since he was a kit, she’s watched out for him like a second mother. Frostfur fell heavily pregnant one moon after going missing for some time. She refused to speak to most, but to Doeheart, she confessed to falling for a loner, and running away before he succumbed to a fatal wound from a monster on the thunderpath. With nowhere else to go, and no one to feed her kits, she made her way back to the clan. Although they seemed to shun her at first, the clan was struggling in numbers, and the addition of new kits was welcomed. Frostfur mothered three kits, and doeheart stayed by her side the whole time, bringing her fresh-kill each day and keeping her wandering kits out of trouble.
