Today our dojo hosted the Cowboy Capital Karate Championships. I’m so proud of all of team. They did amazing!! So much so that we took home the award for top dojo in total sparring points. Personally I did pretty well, I got 1st in self defense and power wood breaking foot stomp. I got 2nd in kata, sparring, and power wood breaking hand technique. I got 3rd in weapons and power wood breaking elbow technique. Special thanks to Abilene Mixed Martial Arts for all the help they provided in pulling this awesome event off. It takes a village.
