i made an inkblot oc.. their name is Aovi, but they go by vivi!

( inkblot was made by @cuddledot  ! its a cool au i might... make my existing splatoon ocs inkblot au versions. actually i’ll definitely do that knowin me,, )

Vivi keeps a diary where she writes things daily. Every day, she also draws a fullbody self-portrait of herself in order to keep track of any changes.

Her parents didn’t believe she had inkblot, so she checked herself in. Whether she’ll recover or not is up to fate ( could go either way honestly ).

She heavily dislikes hospitals, but if it means she’ll recover, she doesn’t mind.

Often crying. Her tears seem to also be affected by inkblot, as they get darker and darker the more she cries. This sometimes irritates her eyes if she cries enough.

oh absolutely i don't mind! there's a lot of wackos running around in this story so i'll just start with the mc aovi and if you want to know more about others i'd love to spill.

her species, the floerin, are looked down upon by most other people because of deific history bullshit. so she's not super excited to be spending time in their lands, but unfortunately while trying to return home she gets slapped by a cursed amulet that a bunch of powerful people want to kill her about, and she doesn't want to return home and endanger people. so she joins the deuteragonist deparis on a long trip, getting into scrapes along the way while trying to figure out what this thing she's attached to even wants. she has a fairly cynical and pessimistic attitude, often not taking the time to be nice when talking to random people. around those who treat her well (the main party) she's more open and nicer to be around, but doesn't ever lose or replace her demeanor. she's also very self-reliant and is good at thinking on her feet to get out of scrapes, but will often refuse help because she doesn't need it, despite the fact that she is actively bleeding. over the course of the story she becomes a better fighter, and uses the amulet to unravel the truth behind a "great tragedy" that started a war and her role in stopping it.
