WELCOME!!!!!!
Hey all you beautiful simmers!! If you're reading this, that means you either found my blog at the very beginning, or you went so far back in time (*insert whooshing sound here*) that there is NOTHING ELSE TO SEE!!!! Either way, congratulations and welcome! This is my first attempt at a simblr, so I'm kind of hoping I do this right and make everyone happy.
I'll be tagging all my stuff with 'thatenglishamericansimmer' (simple enough to remember), and if you want me to see something, so should you!!
Ask me anything, and I'll either try to answer your questions myself or direct you to somewhere that can help you! I don't claim to be a sims guru, and I never will, so I don't have ALL the answers, but I'll help as best I can!!
What I'm gonna do is start off this simblr with a RAINBOWCY (because I've been obsessed lately). This rainbowcy is probably going to be one I've already begun playing, the Parsnip Family. It's relatively new, so I'll give you a bit of backstory.
The founders of this family were Aqua and Sun Parsnip, who had been childhood friends until Sun's family moved out of town. the berries met again at University, and it didn't take long to realize they were talking to their old friend! Eventually, they got together-after much begging on Sun's part- and moved in together once they had graduated, now living in Apple Loosa Pie (berrified by the geniuses that are simstrology and apatheticsims). They had a daughter, Daisy, and a son, Storm, before adopting another little girl called Menthe and finally having a third daughter of their own, Violette.
As the children grew older, they became more and more prominent in the community, and made plenty of friends. Upon graduating from high school, eldest daughter Daisy decided she didn't want to attend university, much to the dismay of her parents. Instead, she got together with Cosmic Velvet (another sim by @simstrology, who for some odd reason turned up purple in my game), her high school sweetheart. Cosmic suggested that instead of a conventional career path, Daisy should put her athletic talents to good use and become an acrobat.
Those plans were put on hold, however, when Daisy became pregnant, the night before the happy couple's wedding. She gave birth to a lovely baby girl called Willow, and the trio decided to strike out on their own, leaving Daisy's parents behind in favour of their own place to live. (As the simmer, I had grown very attached to Sun and Aqua and the other children, but Daisy was already grown and ready for life, so I made the difficult decision to move them out.)
So basically, that's all you had to be caught up. Not very far into the family, like I said, but I thought you should all know. Good for you if you actually made it to the end of this post, and I'll see you later with some photos from the Parsnip Legacy!!
