Realm of Heroes and Monsters Back on the Air. After a little bit of web trouble, the official blog of writer and artist A.P. Fuchs is back!

Back on the Air

Aaaand . . . we’re back on the air!

(Or, at least, I hope so.)

Bottomline: WordPress updated and my site went screwy and, due to time constraints, I was unable to address it straightaway. The blog was visible and accessible to you, but not to me in regards to the back end where the content creation is done and what brings you new posts.

Anyway, after a debacle with my hosting provider, I fixed it myself (but, to be fair, they did provide a link that helped with troubleshooting but, in the end, it was a fix not part of their instruction; whatever).

So this is why the blog hasn’t been updated in a while and content is a bit behind. Please be patient with me as I bring this website back up to speed, but I wanted to drop this note to say we’re back up and running.

Surrounded by a strange red mist, Axiom-man finds himself in a world not his own.

Not again.

There is something different about this world, something familiar. Something that feels like . . . home. But this place of red mist and darkness belongs to another crusader, this one in a dark red trench coat, a blood-red cloak, and a fedora casting shadows on a face with goggles and a strange mask.

With no clue where this red mist brought him, Axiom-man and this crimson stranger are swept into a bizarre hotel where each floor brings a deadly new mission, and to make matters worse, Axiom-man doesn’t have his powers.

Trial upon trial ensues as Axiom-man and a man who calls himself the Crimson Cloak try to survive deadly traps in a building from hell.

One blue. One red.

One common enemy.

The battle to survive begins.

The following is a Facebook post from a few days back. I want to put it here for archiving but also for anyone who might need to hear it.

Letter:

Hi.

I’m worried about you. In short order you’re going to be a target and will be robbed of your basic humanity. I am the step-father of three LGBTQ young adults so that’s where I’m coming from. To think that harm would come to them over that one thing makes me angry, upset, and sad. (Read more at the blog.)

YEAR SEVEN for my weekly newsletter, THE CANISTER X TRANSMISSION, will be complete in the next two weeks. There are two issues left in this newsletter year then we’ll be moving onto YEAR EIGHT.

The theme of YEAR SEVEN was fluidity, the idea being there would be no set format for the newsletter and whatever was shared was whatever was shared. Nice and simple. Nothing complicated. That was the goal, at least. (Read more at the blog.)

Here we are with another vLog updating you all on my YouTube Journey. It seems good practice to do this even if just in the interest of archiving. It’s nice to have a record of how this channel has changed and grown over time and what you as a viewer can expect.

In this video we discuss updates since the last YouTube journey video and talk a bit about how the channel has morphed into one with some set programming on certain days.
