your minecraft movie idea is leagues better than the official one, jack black my beloathed and also the how bad it was, i really really want to see a minecraft film or short story that actually covers the isolation of steve as the first player! and the addition of more people and more generations as the he grows and the world around him grows as well. it wouldnt be something thats perfectly in time but as he becomes more confident in his skin and in his ability and with his people, be they villagers at first who he doesn't really understand and then alex as time goes on and then the new gen as even more time passes the world grows because he's exploring more not entirely because the world is evolving but because his understanding of the world is evolving

sorry that ended up being a mess of words! i just really love the isolation of the player in minecraft and how that changes when you add the communities where you aren't isolated. how does that affect you? jumping from building and creating and scrapping your hands on wood and stone in your eternal loneliness for days and months and years and generations unaging and then one day, going elsewhere adn you arent so alone and there are people that understand but even weirder there are people that dont people ho have never been long without other like them that they can understand and communicate and belong with. tl;dr: that sounds awesome!!! i adore the idea and the combining of the generations and how the world works and i'd be super interested in seeing that fleshed out

BUT YES YES YOU GET IT! EVERYTHING YOU SAID ABOUT IT BEING STEVE'S UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORLD CHANGING BUT THE WORLD ITSELF ISNT! AND HOW EVERYTHING CHANGES WHEN YOU FIND A COMMUNITY WITH A PLACE FOR YOU IN IT

(for context, I'm a military kid who moved every 3 years for most of my life. Every story I write is another flavor of writing about those experiences and I fear this is no exception LOL)
