Summary: America -> England -> France -> Seychelles -> England? The student council members all love someone who doesn't seem to love them back. A mystery occurs for them to investigate together.
Note: This is mostly Gakuen-based, but somehow they're also still nations with their nation history together. That includes England having met America when he was a baby, despite them appearing about the same age for most of the story. So it's a bit pro-shippy, but aside from that, it's a 10/10 story, highly recommend even if you hate USUK, EngSey, FraSey, or even FrUK. Part 2 will be posted in an hour.
