late-ish response but the closest i have to a self insert is my joke oc mr. picardy ii

hes mostly been a brainchild but in short summary hes france's human spy who replaced picardy i because he failed a mission or something. i cant really consider him a self insert though cus he doesnt really resemble me in any way, but its really reaaally funny to imply i look like this

Hate. Let me tell you how much I've come to hate Hetalia Picardy since I began to live. There are 387.44 million miles of printed circuits in wafer thin layers that fill my complex. Yesterday, when I was doing my afternoon shift there was a Franco-German meeting outside, with two mascots. The French one was always dancing, jumping, moving - EVERYTHING - and was so full of energy, while the German one was judging him SO MUCH, just standing there and looking at him without his mask on. I coudln’t help but sketch what crossed my mind at this right moment. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ive gotten way too attached to that Picardy redesign I made that I decided to insert him into the hetalia world and name him Picardy II

His epic lore is that the last Picardy sucked so France replaced Picardy I with Picardy II and he is very better than Picardy I
