Alaska can speak fluent Russian but chooses not too since he still despises Russia for what he did to him.
((Since I’m waiting for the first ask to come for the Country Event, I’ll be posting some headcanons I have for Alaska and Hawaii.))
So is there (was) a native Alaska? Or are you the only one? Did you exist before Russia?
Alaska: But just because we share DNA, does not mean we’re family. Same with the tribes.

COUNTRY M!A! One of both of you will be countrys for 5 askes? This includes loosing protection from the USA and haveing to deal with invading countrys, but you'll be more in control!!!
For the next five asks, Hawaiian and Alaskan nationalist will get their wish of Hawaii and Alaska being their own countries. However, this means these two will also have to deal with trade deals and countries like Russia and China without their dad to protect them.
HeRepresentation: The State of Alaska
Human Name: (Inuit) Nukilik, (Russian) Pytor Nikolai, (English) Peter Nicolas
Nickname: Petey or Nicky
Mother: An Inuit woman named Uki
Father: Russia, adopted by America
Physical Age: 6
Scars: Mostly on his hands from hard work but he does have one his neck from the Japanese attack on the Aleutian Islands during WW2
Personality: On the outside, Peter is a seemingly cold, emotionless, and even creepy boy with no consideration for others, but deep down, he is a shy, emotionally broken boy who was never taught social graces and feels the need to put up barriers in order to protect himself from the world’s cruelties.
Biography: Alaska is far older than her looks. Born in 1800, Nukilik never knew who his father was as his mother would not name and he still had the look of a babe and for a time life was good for the young colony. Until his mother died of hypothermia and since he did not age, the people of his mother’s village saw him as cursed and abandoned him in the Alaskan wilderness where he only survived thanks to the wildlife of the area. The future state continued to barely grow, (still looking only 2 by the time of his purchase by America) but had the skills of a veteran mountain man thanks to the animals until he ran into some Russian trappers who gave him the name Pytor Nikolai before they left for the wilderness and never came back. The newly dubbed Pytor continued his lonely existence and one day seeking refuge in an ice cave where he was found by America who took him to live as his newest territory where he learned he was the biological son of Russia. Feeling rejected all over again, Pytor or Peter rejected all Russian ties and promised to become fully American but people starting calling him a folly and others were scared of him, except for a new territory named Hawaii.
Hobbies: He enjoys training and dog sledding with his dogs, but also hanging out with his Uncle Canada and sister Hawaii.
Fun Facts -
All of Alaska’s tribes are represented
He can fly a plane
He has Siberian Huskies and they all have Eskimo names

When Frozen first came out, Hawaii wanted to dress as Anna and Alaska (after much begging) agreed to dress as Elsa.
Isolationism. That's what I suggest. And Hawai'i, talk to England. He used to be a friend. Trust me, he helps
Hawaii: He says it’s very nostalgic or something.
