can I just say something. I think Lo is almost certainly intended to be Black. in appearance and the fact that his VA James Brown Jr. is Black and almost exclusively voices Black characters in Aphmau RPs (Rhys, Mr. Moore from PDH)

the problem is almost all Lo fanart I’ve seen draws them with straight or wavy hair and/or no effort to portray black features.. I assume not everyone recognized his coding but it is kind of the most obvious conclusion to come to. and it is upon us to portray Black characters properly in art. can we do better

MCD Blessed Children AU

Redoing an MCD AU I Had! TLDR: Lilith is disguised as Alina due to her inheriting the Irene relic as a baby and gaining constant threats. Takes place 10 years after Alina is born. (Ein possibly the big bad)

Alina was a deeply complicated birth, having been a deeply difficult pregancy as it was Aphmaus first and the fact that Aaron was not a small man thus did not create a small baby, it was a birthing process that left Aphmau half dead. Dead enough for her body to naturally reject her relic and for it to be absorbed by the best immediate host, Alina. A devastating fact that unfortunately could not remain hidden as Aphmau was being helped by several midwives due to the complications.

By the time Alina was 4, she had already had multiple kidnapping attempts as many beings wanted the child of Irene and wielder of her relic for themselves, so Aphmau had to make a difficult decision. In order to keep her daughter and the realm safe, she chose to use magic to disguise Lilith as Alina and Alina as Lilith. A sacrificial lamb to be used whenever they couldn't keep Alina in their sights. A daughter to be locked in a tower as bait to protect the real Alina. (LILITH IS GETTING RAPUNZELED)

Lilith is stuck disguised as her sister, left to roam a castle as Alina gets to explore the world with their mother. Gets to hang out with their brothers, guards, and gets to see people. Is able to get scrapped knees and go swimming, all while Lilith is STUCK IN THE CASTLE! Well, that's until in a single day a thief breaks in (Lo), she has a run in with an anxious snake (Snake Liochant!!! Finally gonna use snek lio idea), and she finds out her tutor is a secret Prince (Kai). And all three find out her secret.

Lilith blackmails these three to get friends/OUT OF THE FUCKING TOWER. She honestly Sofia the Firsts their ass.... Kai is DEFINITELY Cedric in this lol

I will DEFINITELY MAKE EIN THE VILLAIN IN THIS! I like the idea of Ein being defeated by a girl and her animal sidekick triad. (Lo is a selkie, so she has a snake, a seal, and a tiger). I need ideas and suggestions though.

I’m so mad we never got to the part in Mcd season 3 where Lo tells Aphmau his backstory

Because 1. Lo isn’t his real name, and 2. We don’t know anything about where he’s from except that it never snowed. I love you Lo, but who are you?

Oh and 3. His mother was a victim of a loveless marriage

wonder if lo's from tu'la. i mean it makes sense.

he says he's not from skystead and aphmau asks where he is from then and he doesn't answer. if he was from ru'aun i don't imagine he'd dodge the question, or he'd a least be able to come up with a pretty easy cover-up or lie. so i'm guessing he's not entirely familiar with ru'aunian villages. he also can't be from the enki warrior island since he says he'd never seen snow where he'd grown up. the only other region we know of is tu'la. and it would make sense that he'd want to hide the fact he's from tu'la since we've seen the way people from tu'la get treated. plus, i find it unlikely they'd introduce a new region to make lo from instead of a place we already know about.

ALSO! at the end of the last episode of season 3 when aphmau announces they need to go to tu'la he seems. really upset. he doesnt yell a confused "WHAT?" like lucinda, it's just a really upset "really?" like going to tu'la is the worst possible outcome. perhaps he's a refugee?

Because I’m just really bored of only writing angsty/flirty aaron and I just want him to have at least one line of Dialogue where he’s just happy.

Like him and Lo hug at one point because they get separated and Aaron was worried about what happened to him. And Lo is just like ‘oh I kinda forgot you existed lmao’
