"Why can't women be more like a man?"
First of all, this is completely ridiculous because we aren't supposed to be the same. We have biological differences that enable us from being like a man (not that we have any interest in it anyways). Both males and females each have pros and cons as well as a role in society (and I'm not talking about stereotypical 'women belong in the kitchen' roles). So, yeah we might like to be treated more as equals but most of us, in no way, shape, or form, want to be a man.
