Primary Work VI
The book does not have a happy ending. Perry’s brother Jed watched his wife die in his in his arms while he tried to save her. It gives Perry perspective of his own life and how he plays a role in his community and his family. It addresses the fact that family can disappear in the blink of an eye. Perry considers this while he recollects the impact he makes for the people around him, not just his family, but anyone who needs him.
