Are applins only in apples?
I’ve heard legends of applins rarely being in other fruit, but I don’t know how true that is
Aplin prefer and seek out apples, even timing their egg laying season to the start of apple season to ensure they have access. They need a good, firm, crisp fruit.
However, in the even of an emergency, they'll burrow into any fruit they can find, but they won't evolve. Strangely enough, if there's no apples nearby, a potato makes a good emergency home for an aplin until you can find a proper home. It won't like it much, but shelter is shelter.

drew Forest, Prairie, and Isle Elder in my style. Prairie is cute and I wanted to draw her without her mask. 😌

@phoebe-seastorm followed me into my liberty lesson with Admiral. It was a little bit difficult to get the horses focused that they were still working and not being turned out. Plus with the arena being half grass and sand apparently, Admiral always tried to have the case of the munches. We were able to get them in unison which each other and everything was matching up nicely. Then Phoebe over here decides to become the vaulting queen with Aplin, they are such a beautiful team I can not wait to see what the future holds for them. Bonus News: While living in Firgrove for the summer with my best friend was an incredible summer plus show season for me. Way better then living in a cramped apartment in Fort Pinta and struggling with turn outs for my Thoroughbreds. It sadly had to come to the end well at least the Firgrove part. Phoebe and I have decided to rent the little farm no one seems to be working at Storm Garden. My father agreed to it and is helping us pay it off if we continue to help out around New Hillcrest and in the lessons for the new riders. I am excited for this step in our journey and it is going to be one crazy year! We will be moving in the first week of September where there will only be one more show left and Stormgarden does have a trailer we can use along with the New Hillcrest! Dad really loves to hear that I am going to be close again though.
Just please don't say you love me 'Cause I might no say It back...
