Ship Headcanon Questions

Ariane is a morning person all the way--up with the sun, making breakfast, disgustingly chipper "The day's half over!" kind of person. It's not so much that Urianger doesn't like the morning as he probably got lost in a book and stayed up reading for several bells after Ariane said "Coming to bed, darling?" and he said he'd be there after he finished the next canto or whatever. He probably meant it when he said it. But alas.

He also just has a bit more trouble falling asleep than Ariane in general, so even when he does come to bed early, she's likely to be asleep first, which he doesn't mind, and finds the sound of her breathing next to him very soothing. (Unless she lands on her back, and starts snoring, at which point he may have to gently nudge her onto her side.)

Ariane tends to let him sleep in if she knows he was up late, but a strong cup of tea is a good enticement to get up.

014. where do you get your inspiration? oh from everywhere. from other fics, from tv, from friends, from life, from my brain. honestly probably my best inspiration comes from watching canon or reading fics and just. thinking the character would react to something differently? or wondering how things would be different if they did something else? etc? a lot of my fics are just reactions to that. following the "what if?" that came to my brain at that point of time

23. favorite piece of clothing?

I have a really cute skirt that I got at a thrift store. It's pleated and dark blue and looks kinda like Saber's skirt so I love it very very much! :D

A chill wind and the orange glow of sodium streetlights... I don't know how to explain this one.

scarlet: think of your favourite genre. what kind of media in that genre do you prefer - books, films, or tv series? - Movies, for pretty much any genre tbh. I have always been a big movie person and I have a giant cabinet of DVDs in my living room to back it up lol.

carmine: do you prefer having or not having a schedule? - I prefer having a loose schedule lol. Like things definitely need to get done and I of course have my general daily routine activity tasks but they can be done at whatever time as long as they just get done.

pomegranate: favourite and least favourite fruits? - This one's hard cause I love fruit. Pomegranates are a fave. Bananas. Dates. Blueberries. Cherries. Raspberries. Love 'em. Not a huge fan of oranges though only because of the texture? The flavor is still good though. And strawberries. I love the ~flavor~ in general but every time I have ever tried to eat like.. an actual strawberry (we even grew some when I was a kid!) they have tasted so sour I cannot eat them. Odd.

💜🥰 thank you for the ask!! (sorry it took me a bit, I was pretty busy this weekend 🙃) 1. What song makes you feel better? I think I'd have to go with Shine a Light by The Rolling Stones or That's Life by Frank Sinatra (honorable mention for Honky Cat by Elton John)

12. How are you? I'm pretty good! I got my workout in today, got all my other stuff done for the day and I have everything prepped to make baked ziti with garlic bread and sautéed green beans for dinner!

18. Do you still love stuffed animals? I do. I have uhhhhhh I don't wanna say an embarrassing amount of stuffed animals for my age but... I have a lot. A significant portion though are ones I'm thankful I still have as I had them as a kid and they somehow survived my mom's house fire. So I don't think it's outta line to keep 'em lol.

30. What reminds you of home? My cats, honestly. If they're around, it's home. In a general town/location sense? Seeing the Sierras off in the distance. The big railyard. Gold rush stuff/history. Fruit/almond orchards and rice fields ☺️
