I wanna hear ur pyrite adventure headcanons. This fandom is small but epic.

Icon is just the stand in for player, but I’ve seen the player character getting their own unique designs (block tales is a good example of this) so I gave icon their own design too!
All Icons have a ‘P1’ that hovers above their head, signaling their icon status (no one knows why they actually have this) what’s interesting is how it only appears in the icon’s dimension- which is why Apollo doesn’t appear to have one, and never will again (I’d like to think he misses it sometimes)
Not much else to say here, I wanted icon to look both sleek, chill, and fast at the same time. I added the headphones for funsies
DOCTOR MEOW
Considering every iteration of Doctor Meow has goggles of some kind, I’d like to think he is mildly blind. Maybe in his past he was harmed or born with this blindness, causing him to become an easy target for anything trying to harm him. However, Professor Baconhair stumbled across Meow and they quickly formed a bond as it doesn’t appear that Baconhair has any friends. The doctor’s excessive goggles do actually serve a purpose other than looking cool! If he stacks each lens on each other, he can gain night vision and even x-ray vision if he needs it. However, Professor Baconhair has tried to get him to wear goggles that does all of this without needing to be stacked as it look pretty stupid from the side view (lol)
He also sits differently depending on whose shoulder he’s on. For example, he trusts Baconhair and doesn’t feel the need to sink his claws into his should to feel safe. However, when on Noob’s shoulder, anytime noob jumped or moved too quickly too suddenly Meow would hang on tight.
He is also very soft and well groomed because of the BaconBots and because Professor Baconhair wants to make sure the both of them maintain a sleek image. Speaking of being taken care of, one of his vices is fresh caught bluefin tuna or buttered lobster. He’s been fed such exquisite fish so often Baconhair has created a baconbot that specific fishes for these catches because Meow refuses to eat normal cat food.
HAZEL THE GHOST
Considering she’s from the underworld, I’d like to think her sclera is black and her pupils are white! Noob is one of the few people to see this, as she often creeps normal people out and has learned to mask her eyes to appear more friendly. [Mostly so she can spook civilians later and catch people off guard]
Despite looking soft, her hair is more akin to small barbs that hurt for anyone but her to touch. This is mostly to lean into the whole underworld thing more, it doesn’t have much purpose other than being a deterrent to anyone trying to mess with the princess of the underworld. She also has a MUCH higher pain tolerance than any mere mortal, so when she’s hurting you know it’s bad. She also (as depicted) carries around a pretty intimidating scythe and has been known go around pretending to be the grim reaper and causing mischief. Behind all that though, she’s also known to be very kind and strong-willed, despite all her (harmless) pranks. Definitely a gummy person. She definitely snacks on fruit gummies or gummy bears/sharks.
CLAIRE THE NEKOMATA
Her hair is completely synthetic, meaning it can get knotted in a similar way that cosplay wigs can. She also doesn’t need to eat or sleep, at least not in the typical go to bed under the covers way. Since she is an android, she only needs to charge for about 5-7 hours. (This hour amount may change considering she was an android for the bacon army and would need to be active more often than not, so fast charging was probably a priority idk) but she still can eat and sleep and does so mostly because she enjoys it and feels more relatable that way. Her favorite food would probably be vanilla wafers!
She looks like the kind of person to enjoy sweet foods just a little bit more than savory ones. Anyway, because she charges longer than necessary (sleeping and waking up with the crew) Claire tends to outlast her friends in endurance because of the extra boost. Back to her hair, she can easily pop it off and change it around if needed.
Her sclera is yellow because of her android enhanced vision. She has engineered it to be lighter and whiter to remove herself from the baconhair army.
NOOB THE BLOXIAN
Also has a significantly higher pain tolerance than most people- mainly because of his training. While he does not loathe Icon, the two can certainly butt heads often. Speaking of butting heads, he has a hard one. I don’t know why, but I feel like his spindash hits harder than most, and that he could take out a tree with his head alone.
Noob’s favorite food is probably gumbo. Something about him tells me he would enjoy a comfort food like that I dunno. He also isn’t very good at expressing himself. This is part being abandoned in the woods and adopted, part his sister disappearing, and part never really being taught in depth how to. Noob does care a lot about Hazel and Nona, and especially his home dimension though! I’d like to think when he slows down, he’ll show his softer side. Originally, I changed the “B” on his shirt to “N”, however I decided to go back to the og design as I think it looks better. No one really needed to know that but if I ever post older art that’s why there’s a mild discrepancy lol. Anyway, his bracelet was gifted to him by Nona, and it actually aids in his abilities. It’s nothing big, but it helps him jump a little higher and run for a little longer. The main purpose is for Noob to always have something to hold onto while Nona is gone. He feels less alone when wearing it, and it gives him hope he’ll find her again.
APOLLO THE WOLF
Definitely has motion sickness, but it only applies if he’s in a car or rollercoaster or something. He can spin dash and run around just fine, but the second he’s in a vessel he gets it BAD. I think he would have this because in his dimension, cars and roller coasters weren’t that popularized. They were a thing, but they weren’t that popular, so Apollo didn’t have much experience with them before moving to the Pyrite dimension. Despite all this, he does have a strong stomach! He could definitely be a surgeon if he really wanted to. Sometimes he has nightmares about Tiberius [his] dimension being destroyed by the darkness, and being sucked in with it. Even though he and the previous Icon defeated it for the Pyrite dimension, he also has (although rarely) nightmares about failing to save it too. Claire and Icon are always there to reassure him and keep him in check anytime he wakes up from one of these though :]
Favorite food is a solid grilled ham and cheese sandwich. I just feel like he would really enjoy one of those. As mentioned earlier, he misses the little “P1” icon above his head, and often forgets he no longer has it. Also hard headed. Not just personality wise, but because he has extra Icon abilities, he could take out a tree bigger and faster than Noob could, although it’s kinda close. Apollo enjoys braiding his beard when it gets long enough. Especially during the winter time when his fur and hair grow out, plus a braided bread looks fun lol
PROFESSOR BACONHAIR
To start off I gave him the crescent moon emblem because I accidentally misremembered him to have one but I liked it too much to get rid of it so it stays. Maybe he has it because he enjoys the nighttime, as people aren’t around and he’s less likely to come in contact with living things as a whole. As a kid, I think he had an incredibly high IQ, causing him to feel isolated from his peers (and also gloating his intelligence to others caused a general dislike of him, further pushing the feeling of him being “other”) His family also re-enforced this thinking, as his grandfather was also extremely intelligent and was the first to dream up of BaconWorld. Because Baconhair only felt connection towards his family, it’s caused him to see others as “lesser” and therefore, make it easier to shut an entire dimension’s worth of people into darkness. Even though his family isn’t necessarily around anymore (I would like to think the Darkness consumed them before Apollo and co. defeated it [shhhh don’t tell him that he doesn’t know shhhh]) he still has one person he can fall back on, and that is Doctor Meow. He finds it extremely interesting how a cat possesses similar intellect to HIM, nonetheless a human in general. Originally, he was going to keep Meow around for his plans only, but because he was (and still is) isolated, Baconhair has become incredibly attached to Meow. Doctor Meow is one of if not the only person who Baconhair expresses genuine concern and respect for, and considers him his equal.
Professor Baconhair prides himself on punctuality, pride, sleekness and hygiene. He loves keeping his base clean and compact, and making sure his army is always following a strict pattern and look. This can come to his detriment as The Icon Team has found out these patterns in robot design and taken advantage of their flaws. Circling back to hygiene, he HATES getting dirty, preferring that his robots do the traveling instead. Unfortunately this means that if he was dropped in a field with no robots or materials by his side, Icon (or really anyone) could probably defeat him easily. It’s his intellect and quick thinking with the materials he has is what makes him powerful. The Nekomata army was his first attempt at giving his robots semi-free will (as they were initially programmed to lead his armies and protect his base) however both Claire AND Alora defecting and fighting against him made him regret branching out, and he’s still salty it happened in the first place. Speaking of salt, his favorite food is probably saltwater toffee, that or Christmas crack. No reason other than I feel like he’d be the kind of guy to be munching on that mid evil scheme and that image in itself is funny to me

ANNNDDDD THATS THE END!!! I don’t have any head canons for the others (Alora, Nona, Flame, The Darkness or any characters that haven’t been a super big part of the story/haven’t been seen long enough to get a grip on their personalities) sorry this took so long, I worked on this in between classes, wiki read throughs, pyrite adventure updates and forum discussions, so progress was slow going. This actually took so long when I checked your profile you had moved accounts and Vuga had officially come back onto tumblr! Sorry!! Hopefully it’s coherent and fun to read through.
