UPDATE — 04.05.2026
Hello from the unrelenting abyss, and Happy Easter to those who may celebrate! As they say, the best laid plans of mice and men go oft awry, and that's especially true for me, a socially awkward commitment phobe.
I've had to put Godsfall on hold for the past few months. It's not just that — all of my fiction has kind of been put on the backburner, along with everything but my job, which I'm hanging onto by a thread. Seasonal affective disorder is a bitch. But Spring has arrived, the sun is mostly shining, and I'm feeling like a whole new person.
As far as Godsfall is concerned, I'm working on it again. I'm currently re-writing the opening scene, and it's... going. I have such lofty plans for the plot, and sometimes the work of actually writing my ideas in a coherent way becomes overwhelming.
Regardless, I plan on being more active here and posting about the plot, the romance options, and the process of writing and coding. Thanks to everyone who chose to follow this project!
